We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit cards. All transactions use industry-leading data encryption and never shares your financial information with merchants or third parties. We want to ensure you all your transactions are done through a secure network.


All orders will be shipped via USPS for domestic and USPS registered for all international orders. Orders ship within 1-3 days business days not including vacations and holidays. I make the shipment once the payment clears and ship via USPS and UPS first class with delivery confirmation on items over $30.00. I will provide you with a tracking number immediately after I have shipped your order. If you would like to upgrade or add insurance for your order, please message me so I can make changes to the shipping accordingly.

~Made to order items take longer to ship because I have to make the item so please leave time for this. Made to order items usually ship one week after purchase.

~Each order is beautifully packaged. Ready to be given as a gift.

~Each order is packaged with utmost care so you can be assured that your item won't show up damaged. I use a bubble wrap envelope or a box for all items and am sure to double wrap any items that are particularly more fragile .All shipping costs are already calculated into the shipping price.

~If you need a rushed order, please let me know before time of purchase and I will do my best to make it happen! Additional fees will be calculated and charged. Also, if you would like to add extra insurance to your package, please contact me.

~After your package has been sent out with love, it is out of my hands. I cannot be held responsible for lost packages but contact me and I will do my best to help you track your package down.

~If your parcel is lost and I decide to replace your item, it is your responsibility to pay for the replacement's shipping fees.


~Your satisfaction is my top priority! If for any reason you change your mind on an item or item is delivered damaged, please notify me with 48 hours. I accept refunds within 5 days of receiving the package. Shipping costs will not be covered. If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please also notify me! I accept exchanges within 5 days of receiving the package and the difference will be returned to you if exchange is lower than the initial cost of the order.

~If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can do a full refund of item minus the cost of shipping. Item is required to be sent with delivery confirmation and received before refund is issued. The item must be unworn and undamaged for a return.

~I do not accept items that have been worn or damaged through use. This is the responsibility of the individual to care for their items. However, I do understand that every now and then there is an unfortunate case. If for any reason the item purchased has a defect within one week of delivery, I will gladly repair the item. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the individual who purchased the item and will not be covered by me. Shipping costs will be charged via paypal.Repair costs within one week is free of charge.

~ I can also do repairs for older items. In that case, send me a picture of what needs to be repaired and I can asses the costs to repair. Shipping will not be covered by me. I will send the invoice for repair costs via paypal.

I have a coupon code from a long time ago, is it still valid?

Most of our coupon codes are promotional offers that expire within that week unless otherwise stated.

My jewelry doesn't fit the way I had imagined, can I return it or exchange it?

We accept full returns within the first week of receiving your piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can do a full refund of item minus the cost of shipping. Item is required to be sent with delivery confirmation and received before refund is issued. The item must be unworn and undamaged for a return.

Exchanges are accepted within the first 10 days upon delivery. Item exchanged must be unworn and undamaged. Shipping costs will not be covered and additional shipping charges will be made for the exchanged product.

Do we work with wholesalers?
